Some place around Brighton Sq. I would have said Dundrum but that’s a bit to far south. And east.
I’d say it might be Irishtown or Ringsend. The photo itself isn’t that old, considering that parking is restricted!
That photo is not so old. The parking sinage and van are contemporary so it seems the photo has been made to look much older that it actually is.
Sorry, I hadn’t intended to suggest that the photo was old, but rather that the buildings were… It’s actually Donnybrook, adjoining Herbert Park.

That photo is not so old.
